Taaseen Ali
Events Associate
Taaseen is an aspiring entrepreneur and hopes to pursue a career in cognitive sciences and artificial intelligence. Taaseen has been infatuated with computers since a young age, teaching himself how to program, model objects, and make animations. In 2017, he was a member of a group which placed 2nd nationally for Toshiba’s Exploravision contest on a project looking at making quantum computers more stable and practical for widespread use. He recently graduated from Stuyvesant High School where he was an active member of the CS community and gained experience tutoring middle school children from underprivileged communities in math and reading. Taaseen is interested in the intersections between the natural sciences and CS and he hopes that his dream of making “this entrepreneurship thing happen” will eventually work out.
