Alissa is a PhD candidate in the Pharmacology Department of Weill Cornell and received a B.S. in Chemical Biology from UC Berkeley. Her thesis research is focused on development of novel therapies targeting the Regulated Intramembrane Proteolysis (RIP) signaling pathway for the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease and metastatic cancer.
